Leo Hoogenboom
Leo Hoogenboom was born on 21st of February, 1983 on a small island in Holland where his family owns a company in water sports.
He started diving together with his parents when he was 8 years old. After finishing his studies in ship construction and working in the family business for many years, he decided to move to the Caribbean and work in the dive industry full time.
Logged more than 3.000 dives, he has educated a lot of divers in the Caribbean, Malta and Holland ,working as a technical- and free diving instructor. Felix and Leo met during a Global Underwater Explorer fundamentals course on Bonaire.
Leo is now moving permanently to Bonaire to share his passion for technical- and free diving.Next to nearly all aspects of diving, he loves hiking, climbing, boats and motorbikes.
